Partners In Learning

Host and Guest Applications for 2026 Are Now Open!

Partners in Learning is a grant program sponsored by Bayer that allows members to visit and learn from another healthcare facility to gain insights into day-to-day issues like patient safety, equipment, and staffing. The program is a learning opportunity for AHRA members to observe best practices from peers at other facilities.

The Partners in Learning program is open to all AHRA members regardless of experience, rank, or former participation in the program (although please note that past guests are not eligible for repeat funding). The program is especially suitable for new managers or administrators interested in learning about specific processes or seeking mentorship.
