Ed Yoder Memorial Scholarship

Ed Yoder, CRA, FAHRA, was a dedicated AHRA member who devoted years to advancing the profession and mentoring future radiology administrators. He served as a regular columnist for Radiology Management, was a member of the AHRA Board of Directors, and served as President in 2013–14. Ed was known for his commitment to service, leadership, and a love of rock-n-roll.
Ed lost his battle with cancer in 2016. The AHRA Education Foundation’s Ed Yoder Memorial Scholarship was established to honor his dedication to fostering leadership in medical imaging. Awarded annually, this scholarship provides opportunities for participants to attend the online Aspiring Leaders Program by covering registration fees.
To recognize the service of medical imaging professionals in the military, the AHRA Education Foundation Board of Directors funds two additional scholarship opportunities specifically for military recipients.
Benefits
Nine scholarships awarded for the Aspiring Leaders Online Program ($1,049 each):
- 7 civilian scholarships
- 2 military scholarships
Requirements
- Military service required to receive a military scholarship
- Must not have previously participated in or purchased the Aspiring Leaders Program
